Return (Craft creations 7 days return policy)
Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice. Do note that we do not offer exchange of our products.
In case of missing or damaged products, you need to initiate return request within 7 days of delivery through your account and provide all necessary details including images or call/email our support center – email- support@craftcreationbags.com
Customer can only return within 7 days, starting from the day of delivery of your product.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.
Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

All returns are evaluated before being processed. Please note that it usually takes 7-14 working days to receive the package you return. Once we receive your return, In case of prepaid orders, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return & reverse your payment. In case of Cash on Delivery Returns, it may take up to 15 – 20 business days to refund the amount back to your account. Apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this delay.
In case the customer is unable to provide the banking details for refund, we can offer coupon code of the same value which can be redeemed on the website. the coupon code validity can be confirmed with our customer service team.
